One-Time Payment, No Automatic Renewal — Pay once for your selected plan. There are no automatic renewals or recurring plan charges. When your plan expires, you can choose whether to continue.
Coverage Begins After Payment Confirmation — Your support coverage starts once your payment is confirmed. Bank transfers may take a few business days to clear.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee — Changed your mind within 14 days of purchase? Contact our support team by email to request a full refund, subject to the applicable refund policy.
Remote Support for Software and Setup Issues — We help troubleshoot software errors, connectivity problems, printer configuration, and other remotely fixable issues. If a hardware fault is identified, we explain the issue and discuss your options. Physical repairs are not included.
Coverage for Your Registered Printers — Your plan covers eligible printers registered at your service address, according to your selected plan. The 5-year plan can also include eligible printers purchased later during the coverage period, subject to the plan terms.
